Who lives in the White zone ?

The five departments in the “white zone” : Mayenne (pop 307 000), Sarthe (pop 566 000), Maine-et-Loire (pop 820 000), Vendée (pop 686 000) and Deux-Sèvres (pop 375 000). 

The churches

A little more than 40 evangelical churches on a territory larger than Belgium (31.207 km2) for 1.4 Million people. Existing churches are essentially concentrated in urban area

The Challenge

Over half the population do not have a church within 20km of their home

THE FIELDS ARE WHITE

A large part of the population has no church nearby and no access to a gospel witness. 

However, "Listen! I say to you, open your eyes and look at the fields. They are white now and waiting for the grain to be gathered in.”
